Okay, so maybe dogs don't have fingerprints. But they do have noses..

It has been a long known fact that the patterns formed by a dog's nose, or any other animal when able to obtain a noseprint (not horses) are just as unique as human fingerprints. In fact, the Canadian Thoroughbred Kennel Club, the equivalent of the American Kennel Club, or AKC, in the U.S., has accepted nose prints as proof of identity of dogs and other pets since 1938. In fact, the Canadian Department of Agriculture has approved the Dognose System as a valued method of absolutely identifying a dog or other pets. They had used this method for 61 years.

PAAL, the Pet Amber Alert Locator System complete with a nose print gives the pet owner a feeling of absolute security that if their pet is ever lost, missing or stolen Dognose ID goes out into the field with a real honest effort to every animal shelter within a certain radius of the owners home to make certain the pet is not euthanasized by the shelter, but to recover your pet by all information, photo and nose print given to the shelter electronically, by fax, U.S. Mail or any method of information speed. If your pet is found in a shelter and returned to you the shelter receives a substantial reward. No other known system extends their energy to find your pet so that your pet can be returned to you easily and quickly.

Now, after years of research, Dogenose ID has developed a patented system using the latest state-of-the-art advances in fingerprinting where the fingerprint ink never touches the animals nose but produces a readable, identifiable nose print. Even a partial print can easily identify your pet, so it becomes so simple a procedure even a 13 year old child can take the nose print.

Mr. Meadows the owner of Dognose ID is the patent holder for the first inkless fingerprinting system to be accepted by the FBI. Dogenose ID offers the first tamperproof, painless and non-invasive way to provide a permanent record of any pet anywhere and place this type of permanent identity into a world wide database for immediate identification.

Many dogs found by the shelters often have two parties claiming the same dog. If the pet is stolen, or found by an individual who decides to keep your pet once found, our system allows the pet owner to easily claim their pet and prove its identity by taking another noseprint for comparison and effectively identify any dog, even years later, quickly, easily - and affordably.
